The following memorandum dated March 10 was received from Lora                                                                  
Brown, Enrolling Secretary, Division of Legal and Research Services,                                                            
regarding:                                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 25                                                                                              
     Encouraging the President of the United States, the United States                                                          
     Congress, and the Governor of the state to assist the National Park                                                        
     Service in its efforts to ensure long-term access into Denali                                                              
     National Park and Preserve by way of the existing roadway.                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
"In accordance with Rule 43, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                                                  
Legislature, I am reporting the following manifest error in HJR 25,
